Now in its eighth year, the Long Island Chapter’s annual Alzheimer’s & Dementia Conference is a day of  FREE education, support, and uplifting motivation for family caregivers. As hosts of this event, our goal is to create a platform from which caregivers can learn the skills necessary to provide quality care for a person with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. We seek to provide a comprehensive overview of local supportive services, by bringing them directly to caregivers through our participating exhibitors. The conference is an inspiring day that can be a life-changing experience for a caregiver, and in turn, their loved one. A grab-and-go breakfast and lunch will be served.
