NASSAU COUNTY, NEW YORK
Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York, will receive sealed proposals for “UTILITY LOCATING SERVICES” until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, October 11, 2019, in the Purchasing Department, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520.
Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1 st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520 or on the Village website, www.freeportny.gov, from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, September 16, 2019, until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, October 11, 2019.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the highest qualified and responsible vendor. Proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced shall be rejected.
In submitting a proposal, vendors agree not to withdraw their proposal within fortyfive (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
