Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for the Administration of the Village of Freeport’s Stenographic Court Reporting Services. Proposals are subject to all instructions, terms and conditions hereon and pursuant to the specifications will be received by the Purchasing Agent until 4:00 P.M. on February 15, 2019.

Specifications and proposed contracts may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Incorporated Village of Freeport, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520 from 9:00 AM Monday, February 4, 2019, until 4:00 P.M. Friday, February 15, 2019.
The Freeport Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the lowest qualified and responsible vendor.
In submitting a proposal, vendors agree not to withdraw their proposal within forty-five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
