Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York, will receive sealed proposals for “Continuous Emissions Monitoring System” until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, December 21, 2018, in the Main Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520.
Specifications, proposal and proposed contracts may be seen and obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520, or by visiting the Village’s Website at www.freeportny.gov. Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, November 26, 2018, until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, December 21, 2018.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the lowest qualified and responsible candidate. Proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced shall be rejected.
In submitting a proposal, candidates agree not to withdraw their proposal within forty‑five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
