Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for “CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES FOR THE FREEPORT RECREATION CENTER” until 4:30 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020, in the Purchasing Department, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520.
The Incorporated Village of Freeport is seeking to enter into a contract with a food/beverage supplier, to obtain food/beverage concession services and to receive products, cash and services.
The Village seeks a vendor who will maintain our excellent standard of professional service to the community. The Village seeks a proposal from an individual/corporation or otherwise qualified entity that is staffed with well-trained, experienced personnel. The successful proposal will be the one found by the Village to be the most beneficial to the Village of Freeport, the Freeport Recreation Center and its residents. The Freeport Recreation Center is located at 130 East Merrick Road, Freeport, New York 11520.
Specifications, proposal and proposed contracts may be seen and obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520, or by visiting the Village’s Website at www.freeportny.gov. Proposals will be available from 9:00 A.M. on Monday February 3, 2020, until 4:00pm on Friday, February 14, 2020.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the highest qualified and responsible vendor. Proposals that, in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced shall be rejected.
In submitting a proposal, vendors agree not to withdraw their proposal within fortyfive (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
