REPLACEMENT VOIP COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for “REPLACEMENT VOIP COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM” until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, August 10, 2018, in the Purchasing Office of the Municipal Building, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520.
Specifications, proposal and proposed contracts may be seen and obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York 11520, or by visiting the Village’s Website at www.freeportny.gov. Specifications, proposal and proposed contracts will be available from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, June 25, 2018, until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, August 10, 2018.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the highest qualified and responsible vendor. Proposals, which in the opinion of the Board are unbalanced, shall be rejected.
In submitting a proposal, vendors agree not to withdraw their proposal within forty‑five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
