The Town of Islip Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for a Certified Public Accountant to render technical advice and assistance to the Authority for five years.
The accountant shall perform all necessary services for the low rent conventional RAD and Section 8 programs consistent with the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Prior HUD accountant experience is not necessary, but weights in 30% of the criteria considered in awarding the contract to the successful accounting firm.
