2018 ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Department of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for
“2018 ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS”
until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, in the Main Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Specifications, proposal and proposed contracts may be seen and obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Municipal Building, 1st Floor, 46 North Ocean Avenue, Freeport, New York, 11520, or by visiting the Village’s Website at www.freeportny.gov. Bids will be available from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 4 , 2017 until 4:00 P.M. Friday, December 15, 2017. There is no charge for the bid documents.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. Bids, which, in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced, shall be rejected.
In submitting a bid, bidders agree not to withdraw their bid within forty‑five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
